Every month my local library holds a book sale. Oh, the treasures that can be found for a dollar! My last library romp saw me spending $25. My books came to $17, and I made a donation because 1: I love libraries and want them to stay open, and 2: I have been a patron of that particular library since I was three years old, and I REALLY love it and really REALLY want it to stay open. What did I come home with? A pile of Alice Hoffman hardcovers, two amazing cookbooks, and ton of nonfiction. I should probably do a shelf clearing to make space for my new treasures. Husband says I have too many books. I think he’s just jealous because I told all of my new books that they can live on his side of the bed.
